Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions are kept deliberately simple to enable amateur groups to put on a show as easily as possible.
1. Full perusal scripts are emailed free on request.
2. Purchase of a perusal script does not grant permission for production. No script may be performed without payment of the one-off royalty fee.
3. A Royalty fee of £120 allows one organisation or group to put on up to seven performances of the show. £25 is payable for each additional performance over seven.
4. Payment of the royalty fee allows you to print or photocopy as many copies of the script as you require.
5. You may not sell or otherwise transfer the script to any party outside of your organisation, either in paper or electronic form.
6. You may not represent the work contained in the script as your own. All work is copyrighted by the authors – breach of copyright is
actionable in a court of law.
7. The author must be credited on any programme or publicity material.
8. The author understands the needs of a director to make changes to the script to suit your cast and these are permitted. We are happy
to provide a quote to re-write the script for you, e.g. to add or remove characters to fit the number in your cast.
9. You are free to photograph or video your performances as you wish and no additional fee is payable for this.
